How to Make Paleo Desserts with Wumaniti Hemp Heroe Organic CBD Oil.

by Wumaniti Earth Native Sanctuary on May 07, 2020

A paleo diet consists of food from our roots of hunting and gathering versus farming.  Try our Hemp Hero Products in the kitchen as healthy substitutes for desserts! Our Organic, Hemp Coconut Oil is an amazing vegan substitute for butter and our Organic Hemp Honey is a healthy alternative to sugar! Coconut oil can be baked and heated to high tempatures, honey should not be baked, as it should not exceed a tempature of 110 degrees Fahrenheit. Our Night-Time Oil contains stevia, lavendar, and chamomile and makes for a delicious addition to baking with chocolate, its a great mix with our Hemp Heroe Hemp Cacao which is sweetened only with coconut!

Here's an amazing Hemp Heroe dessert recipe, loaded with CBD, healthy oils, fats, omegas, and nutrient! Be insired to get creative in the kitchen, feel free to share your creations with us! Who would of thought dessert could have health benefits?!

Chocolate Almond Butter Bars

  • 1 1/2 cups creamy almond butter
  • 1/4 cup Hemp Heroes CBD Honey
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/3 cup Hemp Heroes CBD Coconut Oil melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt skip if your nut butter is salted

For the chocolate topping

  • 4 oz. Hemp Heroes Cacao finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Hemp Heroes Night Time Oil

Instructions

  1. Line a 8x8” pan with parchment paper and grease lightly with coconut oil; set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, stir together the almond butter, honey (may need to add a tbs or 2 of warm water to mix easier), coconut flour, coconut oil, and salt. Press evenly into the prepared pan. Place in the fridge.
  3. Combine the hemp cacao and lavendar oil in a sauce pan and melt over low heat, stiring constantly. Pour the chocolate over the almond butter base and spread to cover the top. Place back in the fridge.
  4. Let firm up for at least two hours before cutting into 16 bars and serving. Keep cool or they'll get melty since they have a coconut oil base.

  5. Store tightly sealed in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
