Heat water in saucepan on med/low and add turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, and pepper. Stir to make a tea, if using cinnamon stick or peppercorns, let simmer for 5min. Stir in milk. Add coconut oil, stir or whisk until thin froth appears or until all is dissolved and blended together. Remove from heat and let cool to a temperature that is comfortable to sip, then stir in honey to desired sweetness.
